the pool was a welcome way to relax.
The breakfast was not good. The bacon was too dry to chew and there were no eggs available. This was a disappointing start to the day, and i expected more for the price.

The reception staff was friendly. They upgraded us to a better room and addressed all our needs promptly during check-in. The premier golf course was technically demanding. The championship course had a halfway house. The staff remembered drink preferences even when busy.
The room lacked bedside sockets. Charging phones was slightly inconvenient.

The staff offered solutions that worked for my schedule. Breakfast included great quality selections in a relaxed setting. I found the Elemis shower products added a special touch, I also liked the water taps that dispensed still and sparkling water near my room.

I utilize the gym regularly as a member and find it adequate. Matt and his team at the spa offers excellent service. Becky served coffee in the lounge and displayed great service skills.
The hotel rooms are not as luxurious as presented on the website, in my opinion. The duvet covers resembled those at a Travelodge. The free WiFi signal was weak in the bedroom but stronger in the bathroom.
